Power is the ability to move something fast. Power training helps translate strength training to the real world. It plays a big role in sports. It has many of the same benefits for your body as strength training such as decreasing injury risk, increasing bone density, and improving coordination. |
Cardio
Cardio plays an important role in our health, but there is more to it than running on the treadmill for an hour. Here we mix in a variety of different training methods to help increase energy throughout the day and for any activity. |
